Ada banyak cara untuk menyemangati jiwa, menyejukkan jiwa, mendinginkan hati agar lebih tenang dan lebih bersyukur.
Hal yang paling tepat dan utama adalah mendengarkan nasehat langsung dariNya, dengan membaca/mendengarkan kalimat-kalimat suciNya, Kitabullah, Al Qur'an.

Namun, iman yang masih lemah ini masih rentan.
Namun terus mencoba menggeser dan terus bergerak mendekat, agar semakin dekat di jalanNya.

Memilih apa yang baik saja untuk masuk ke panca indra adalah salah satu ikhtiarnya.
Termasuk memandang yang baik, mendengar yang baik, yang menyemangati, menggugah jiwa, yang membuat makin sadar keberadaanNya.
